I got very excited earlier today though when I stopped by Costco on the way home - actually I went to pick up a baby loaf of mild cheddar. To my surprise, sitting in the display right next to the orange wrapped Mild Cheddar Cheese was a new item! Costco now carries the Extra Sharp Vintage White Cheddar in baby loaf size! This is my absolute favorite cheese, but until today I have not seen this cheese sold in Indiana. Thankfully, Tillamook continues to conquer new cheese territories!
