Marcy and I just returned from the Harrison College employee Christmas Party and we had a great time. In a year when so many people have had to deal with the disappointment and stress of losing a job and/or difficulty finding a job, I realize how blessed I am to have not only a steady paycheck, but a great job with a great employer. Not only is the work very enjoyable and satisfying, but to work with such great people is just an added blessing. I appreciate how gracious my co-workers have always been to me, but to see how welcoming and inviting they are to my family, specifically Marcy, only makes me appreciate my Harrison family more.
I'm also thankful for just having the opportunity to have a date night with Marcy! We need those every now and then.
