12.2.11 - Holiday Party = Date Night

Tonight was our annual holiday party for Harrison College.  It was great to be able to spend a little time outside the office with friends and colleagues I work with.  After four and a half years at Harrison, I continue to be very thankful for such a great job and great people to work with.  My team in particular is a real blessing.  They are all great people, but it is rare that you are able to be part of a group of people with very different individual personalities that all compliment each other to form a great collective.  It also happens that they all have great spouses who are also fun to hang out with!

My personal highlight of the evening though was the opportunity to get a date night with Marcy.  They don't happen as often as I know we would both like, but anytime we can get an evening away it's a good night.
